IRM®-9 Watermanager

The IRM®-9 Watermanager is a water management system with breaktank and built-in dual multi-stage submersible pumping system. The IRM®-control unit operates according to IOT and monitors the water levels in the breaktank and rainwater tank. The control unit also provides cascade control and operating hours control for the pumps. The direction of the supply and return pipes can be flexibly mounted. In case of lack of rainwater, system failure or manual operation, the system switches over to potable water, via a Type AB interruption, in accordance with EN1717. Belgaqua and KIWA certification is ongoing (02-2025) The drinking water connection is equipped with a water shock absorber for protection of the supply pipes and a stagnation safety device that automatically refreshes the water in the appliance. The control panel of the IRM®-9 Watermanager shows the operating status, pump status, IOT connection status and faults. Optionally there is a potential free contact, which enables connection to home automation and building management systems.

Options

Automatic time-controlled filter cleaner 1”
The time-controlled filter cleaner enables automatic filter cleaning. The nozzle sprays the filter surface clean at freely adjustable times.

Waterlock 1” incl. detection point
Automatically shuts off the drinking water supply in the event of an overflow alarm to prevent drinking water loss. Allows mounting without
connecting the overflow.

Pressure vessel
Pressure vessels make the switching behaviour of the pumps calmer, which improves the service life and energy consumption of the pumps.

Watermeters
Water meters can be placed on the drinking water pipe and rainwater pipe. Based on that data, the IRM-9 Watermanager indicates the drinking
water consumption, rainwater consumption, total consumption and water savings achieved. These are offered as an option.

IoT / Devicepage

The IRM®- controller is accessible for online monitoring. The devicepage is accessible for current system data, such as water levels and water usage. For the operator, it provides insight into historical data for service and maintenance purposes.

Communication between the IRM®- control and GEP‘s server is based on MQTT.
