safeguard proper fixation. The hose has a pressed coupling to prevent air being sucked in. The float is constructed of one piece to avoid leakage.

The Breaktanks Breaky 3 & 5 are equipped with a prefab installed self-priming pump. The pump is a pressure control so that pressure can be guaranteed on all disconnection points. -
The GWM Control ensures the control and monitoring of the grey water system. Each tank is equipped with analog and digital level sensors for increased operational reliability. The functioning of the membrane filter is continuously monitored by monitoring workload and flow. At a lack of filtered grey water, the control switches to temporary use of drinking water or rainwater. The control must be connected to the internet for online monitoring. The communication between the system and the DPT server takes place on basis of MQTT. The device page provides an overview of the current operating status. For the administrator, the system provides insight into the historical data for service and maintenance purposes. Water meters can also be provided to determine the efficiency of the system. Alarms can be transmitted to the BMS system via modbus communication. The system can also be connected to other GEP water management services
such as:
– GEP Rainwater Ditch: temporarily use rainwater instead of greywater to free up volume rainwater buffers for expected precipitation.
– GEP Regenerator: aquathermy from greywater as a source for GEP Regenerator systems.
– GEP APP: online page with current system data such as water levels and water usage. -

Expansion is done by adding additional tanks and extra membrane filter packages. Other volumes are available upon request. To use the purified water, a drain pump/pressure booster pump and a pressure vessel are required, as shown in the image. The dimensions of this system is different for each situation and is therefore subject to change. It is recommended to speak to a member of the team for clarification.
The system comes with a KIWA certified break connection for topping up the system with drinking water if there is insufficient supply greywater.

The grey water tank (GWT) collects the incoming grey water and buffers it for further processing. The grey water tank has a trident grey water pre-filter with automatic filter
cleaning. The pre-filtered water enters the tank through a quiet supply. The aerator ensures that dirt is pushed up through the skimmer overflow and leaves the tank. Settled dirt should be cleaned once a year. The pre-filtered water is pumped to the membrane water tank via a submersible pump (WW 2/20) with a fixed height. At low levels in the grey water tank, the filter pump is stopped to prevent dry running. -

The filtered water is collected in the clean water tank (CWT) to be used further. If the level in the tank is too low, drinking or rain water is automatically added via a KIWA-certified connection. A high-level float ensures timely shutdown when the tank is full. There is an overflow on the tank. Change the dimensioning of the drain pump/pressure boosting pump Being able to continue using the clean water is different for every situation and is therefore optional. Ask about the possibilities.
