In the membrane water tank (MWT), the grey water is passed through membranes filtered and UV treated to kill bacteria. After this it will be water pumped into the clean water tank for use. Expandable membrane filter packages have been placed in the grey water tank, 2,000 l/day per set, maximum 3 sets (6,000 l/day) per tank. The water is drawn through the membranes with a ‚low flow‘ pump. An aerator is placed under each
membrane filter package to create flow in the tank. The air bubbles also help the membranes to keep clean. The flow can be regulated with a valve in the pump cabinet. A negative pressure safety device prevents the membranes from collapsing due to negative pressure. A flow meter records the amount of filtered water. The water passes a UV lamp that kills bacteria. A UV sensor detects when the lamps need replacing.
A pressure sensor has also been placed in this tank to monitor the level in the tank to measure. A high level float switches the submersible supply pump off prevent waste The MWT is equipped with a return line to the GWT. The concentration pollution in the MWT decreases as a result. -
GEP’s RCD pumping systems have been built using the high-quality selfpriming GEP RC pumps, equipped with built-in thermal protection and GEP’s DPA pump control. It is recommended to extend these sets with a pressure vessel from GEP. These hydrofore sets are suitable for pressure increase and rainwater use in industry and utilities, or can be used in all places where the water pressure needs to be increased.

The IRM®-3 & 5 Watermanager is a plug-in, compact installation for rainwater use in single-family homes. The break tank for drinking water supply is in accordance with EN1717 type AB. Content 7 liters. The IRM®-3 & 5 Water Manager has a self-priming centrifugal pump (RC-3 or RC-5) with automatic pressure control. The motor-controlled ball valve provides for the switch between rainwater and drinking water operation.
Control provides an automatic drinking water refreshment system that regularly switches the system to drinking water. For example, the contents of the break tank are regularly updated and prevent the tap water in the drinking water pipe from being idle for too long. In the absence of rainwater, the system automatically switches to drinking water by means of the float with a 20 meter cable length. The IRM®-3 & 5 Watermanager
is equipped with a sound-proof EPP housing. The IRM®-3 & 5 Water Manager is suitable for wall mounting. The device is KIWA, Belgaqua and DVGW certified. -

The IRM®-3S & 5S Water Manager is a complete rainwater system in combination with a pressure immersion pump in the rainwater tank for the use of rainwater in single-family homes. The break tank for drinking water supply is in accordance with EN1717 type AB. content 7 liters The Water Manager is supplied with a pressure immersion pump (combi-press 5-30 or combipers 5-60) with 2 connections on the suction side. The
pump is supplied with a floating suction hose for mounting on the suction side. The other suction side is used to connect the drinking water supply from the IRM®-S Water Manager. The motor-controlled ball valve provides the supply of drinking water to the pressure submersible pump. In the absence of rainwater, the system automatically switches to drinking water by means of the float with a 20 meter cable length. The control also provides for automatic drinking water refreshment of the break tank with long-term use of rainwater. The Watermanager is provided with a sound-proof EPP housing. The IRM®-3S & 5S Water Manager is suitable for wall mounting. Device is KIWA, Belgaqua and DVGW certified. -

The IRM®-9 Watermanager is a water management system with breaktank and built-in dual multi-stage submersible pumping system. The IRM®-control unit operates according to IOT and monitors the water levels in the breaktank and rainwater tank. The control unit also provides cascade control and operating hours control for the pumps. The direction of the supply and return pipes can be flexibly mounted. In case of lack of rainwater, system failure or manual operation, the system switches over to potable water, via a Type AB interruption, in accordance with EN1717. Belgaqua and KIWA certification is ongoing (02-2025) The drinking water connection is equipped with a water shock absorber for protection of the supply pipes and a stagnation safety device that automatically refreshes the water in the appliance. The control panel of the IRM®-9 Watermanager shows the operating status, pump status, IOT connection status and faults. Optionally there is a potential free contact, which enables connection to home automation and building management systems.
-

The IRM®-Hybrid system control system automatically replenishes the hybrid tank with rainwater from the large rainwater tank. In the absence of rainwater, the hybrid tank switches to drinking water. The control can also be switched manually to drinking water. Optionally, the rainwater tank can also be equipped with a pressure sensor so that the current water level can also be displayed by the GEP Hybrid control system.
The display of the hybrid control is done via an LCD display. The system is continuously monitored and any faults are reported by the control, not only via the LCD display, but also via an acoustic signal and a potential-free contact. In addition, the control system provides a stagnation protection for the supplying drinking water line and a data log of the various operating hours. There is also the option to connect a backflow protection. When returning from the sewer to the rainwater tank the control will report this and automatically switch to drinking water. -

The IRM®-T watermanager is a plug-in, compact installation for rainwater use in single-family homes. The break tank for drinking water supply is in accordance with EN1717 type AB. Content 7 liters. The IRM®-T Watermanager has a fully automatic control system. The motorcontrolled ball valve provides for the switch between rainwater and drinking water operation.

Ready-to-use component in siphon form as an odour trap for the sewer. Siphon is applied extra deep to withstand dehydration. Sloping side of
siphon prevents vortex formation in the tank. Siphon is fitted with a flap made of inox, against rats. Complies with DIN 1986. The siphon is also
fitted with an electrical alarm unit in case of back flow from the sewer. This can be connected to IRM controls TEO, Rain manager and Hybrid.

GEP has developed a unique filter shaft; the ‘Trident tank filter shaft’. The filter shaft is applicable for all tanks made of plastic and concrete rain water boreholes of GEP. The concept is the result of 15 years of engineering, recruiting and practical experience. The unique Trident tank filter shaft of GEP has the following properties and advantages:
– The Trident tank filter shaft scoveres over the synthetic manhole of the tank or concrete pit and is mounted with rubber grommets to realise an optimal sealing. It is a simple and time-saving solution, making the
usage of kit, welds or mortar something of the past.
– The sawable and telescopic shafts will instantly prove to be beneficial! The laborious placing of and/or masonry work on a manhole is no longer required. These shafts can be sawn or raised in no time.
– In addition, the shaft can be rotated against the tank, due to which fewer connection pieces are required.
– The shafts are extendable with extra connections, that can be quickly and easily applied.
– The cover is, subsequently, telescopic compared to the inner shaft. This way the cover can be precisely equated to the ground level. This can also be done at a later stage of the construction, when ultimately the garden is being created. This again will save you some fitting pieces, thus time and money.
– The cover set is rotatable against the shaft and the tank. During finishing applying grouting in paving, the joints can thus always be followed perfectly. This can also be lightly tilted to realise a perfect finish on slopes.
In short: the ‘Trident tank filter shaft’ with accompanying covers offers a telescopic, rotatable and extendable option that can be shortened. The extensive assortment of fitting covers offers an “invisible” and childproof covering for any situation. -
